We recently hired Gonzalo and his team to extend our patio, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. From the initial consultation, Gonzalo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If u get another project on the community it will be 1 dollar discount for sq ft . If ur project is around 500 sq ft u will get free reinforcement. Plastic under concrete to keep chemicals together fiberglass wire mesh plus rebar on edge of concrete to straight concrete plus 4000 mix psi along with day one cure sealer forever to improve concrete to have lifetime durability on it . All clients will get 30 % off from minimum 300 sq ft project. U don’t pay anything upfront u only pay once everything is 100 % complete and we insure u guys are pleased and happy with everything!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just being myself share all the details all the process share all the benefits.. presentation .punctuality .quality attention .respect communication .responsibility and customer service it has to be high level to insure they get top notch service
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing construction all my life. I used to train to be a concrete specialist and still have 1 class a week because u never stop learning new things. I was a concrete concrete quality controller in many of those towers in downtown Charlotte!
