What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any job under $350 we provide transparency to the customer. We will offer a referral to the customer when the job may be too small and cost less than our minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial call to collect information from the customer on the type of work that they are needing done. We then request photos/videos of the area/s that needs work to be able to provide a quote for the customer. Depending on the information we receive from the call, and photos/videos, we may need to visit the location to have a better idea in order to provide a proper quote for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experienced crew in drywall repair and interior painting.
