Ben is a professional chimney sweep. He did a thorough, top to bottom inspection with great explanation before cleaning the chimney, recommended future concrete repairs, and metal flashing sealing. Ben provided instructions for using the fireplace and emphasized to call him if there are any issues or need for a follow up. He was efficient yet made time for explanation. Side note: The process does leave lots of dust around the hearth/bottom of fireplace area so please prepare and cover within a 5 foot area.

We thought our fireplace might need maintenance or cleaning, so we reached out—and Jack was incredibly responsive, getting a technician out the same day. The technician inspected everything (at no charge!) and explained that the cloths we were concerned about are actually meant to be there. Our fireplace looks great! We really appreciate their honesty, quick communication, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Ben did a fantastic job, ducts were nice and clean, he took before and after pictures. He was professional and patient, helped me drape cloths over furniture and move things, shared with us that he'd found some "loose" duct work and provided tape to fix. All around, great job, would recommend.

They did a great job! There was a miscommunication about the exact work we needed done but the technician was flexible and got a new price for the job we wanted done super quickly and was able to pivot. he did a really thorough job cleaning the outside of our duct work and it feels so much cleaner in here. thank you!
