Such a wonderful experience! she was very responsive, professional and extremely helpful, when it came to the shoot. She made me feel so comfortable. She was so down to earth and fun to work with. Such a great experience! I live in Detroit, needed a photographer while in Charlotte. Wanted some rooftop shots and city views. She showed up on time, she was super prepared and directed me on where to be. The shoot lasted about an hour and the photos turned out great!

I hired Ross Memoirs Photography for my husband's 50th Birthday Celebration. I paid for 3 hours of service in advance. Upon hiring I asked if she would be arriving early to set up, I was told, "Yes I’ll arrive 10-15 to be ready to start." On the day of the event I asked if she could come 15 minutes earlier than she originally stated. She replied, " Not a problem, I can be there. Would you like me to leave 30min earlier or pay the difference?" I agreed to have her leave 30 minutes early. However, I thought this was poor business etiquette. If she had planned to arrive 15 minutes at no additional charge, and would now charge for 30 minutes. The event was scheduled to end at 10:00 pm and upon Ms. Ross departure, at 9:30 pm, I was told I would receive my photos via email within 10 days or less. Within in that time frame I reached out to Ms. Ross 3 times thru phone(no answer), Thumbtack, and text messages. After the 3rd attempt, I received the following text message, "Good Afternoon! You should receive your gallery via email by Friday evening! (13 days later)Thank you for your patience." It has now been 13 days and I've yet to receive my pictures. Hire at your own risk.

Hi Miata, I understand that you have concerns with the services that I provided. By booking me within such a short notice of your service date, I should have advised that I needed additional time to complete your photos. My normal contracted time is 14 days. When advising you that I would arrive 10-15minutes early, I do that so that I am prepared and ready to start on time. You requesting additional time to provide additional services, would require an additional fee, which I advised you of. The timeframe in which you reached out I was unavailable to be reached by phone but I did respond via text. I advised that you would receive them this evening which is accurate.
