I hired Drew and his team to assemble a gazebo and I can't say enough good things about him. His communication was great, he answered questions and made recommendations about items I asked about, he was very flexible and worked with me to coordinate assembly based upon my delivery date, and during assembly he identified a problem with part of the product and told me about it so I could contact the company for replacement parts. Due to this, he wasn't able to finish assembly on the initial visit but he stored all of the parts in my garage until the replacement parts arrived, and he came out a second time as soon as the new parts arrived. Drew was helpful, honest, fast, a pleasure to engage with, and his work quality was amazing. I feel fortunate that I hired Drew for this work and I highly recommend him for any assembly services.
