This review system only allows me to choose 3 things we like about Gazebo Guys. I would also have picked "punctuality" and "responsiveness." Drew contacted me immediately and provided a quote for the job. I sent photos, dimensions, and an instruction manual for assembling a COSTCO pergola/awning. Due to delays with the HOA and City regarding the permit, plus weather, we had to reschedule the project a couple of times. Drew remained polite, calm and professional. On the day of installation, Drew and Jason came completely prepared to start the job at 8:15. They'd driven from Charlotte. Brought multiple long tables to put the beams on, so that they weren't scratched. They were organized and had all of the necessary tools. We explained how we wanted the pergola positioned directly against the house. The two of them worked diligently from start to finish and were done in a day. Periodically, we'd ask them questions or check on the quality of the building materials from COSTCO. Drew and Jason were polite and attentive. A lot of contractors take offense at being asked any questions. These two were gentlemen and understood our concerns. The pergola is absolutely gorgeous. Well made, solid, and perfectly constructed. Nothing went wrong with the job. We were very impressed. There were dozens of pieces, screws, bolts, beams, attached areas, slats that covered the back. All metal and sturdy. The pergola weighs 750 lbs. Once they assembled it and moved it into the perfect position, they bolted it into our concrete patio. We had been losing sleep over this project. Drew and Jason made it seamless and easy. Drew even cut his hand and continued working. That's an impressive work ethic! We highly recommend Gazebo Guys. Their pricing was fair and they performed the work at the highest possible quality level. Thank you, Drew and Jason!!

Hands down the best money we could have spent! Having Drew install our pergola was effortless from start to finish. The guys were punctual, got right to work, and brought everything needed to get the job done!! I could not recommend them enough!
