Sheila was prompt, friendly and did a great job with my 81yr. mother who had difficult hair to work with and with myself. My makeup looked flawless but I looked like myself just enhanced. My hair was perfect and both hair and make up lasted from early morning until late evening with just a touch up on lipstick. Everyone commented on how my hair and makeup look so beautiful and natural. Sheila was a joy to work with, so positive and really listened to what I wanted and patient when I asked her to make a few little changes. I will use her again for a special occasion.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know weddings are expensive so I offer two different packages for brides. I also offer discounts for her bridesmaids when they choose both hair and makeup. And since I like to know pricing up front when I'm shopping around, I have all my prices listed on my website... that way people can make quick decisions without the added stress of messaging back and forth for a price list.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a feel for the bride, her style, and her vision so I always suggest a trial. But I have gone in blind multiple times before and nailed the look! I'm big on technology so booking, contracts and payments are made easily online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a cosmetology license in NC and NJ and I went to school for it.
