FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, surface condition, access, and materials required. The upfront price shown covers standard prep and professional-grade materials. Additional prep (heavy peeling, repairs, power washing, specialty coatings, or unusual access) may affect final pricing, but I always explain any changes before starting. I focus on doing the job correctly rather than cutting corners to be the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the project details and photos, then confirm expectations and scope. If needed, I’ll do an on-site visit to check surface condition and access. Once everything is clear, I provide a firm price, schedule the work, protect surrounding areas, complete the job efficiently, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re satisfied before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential remodeling, painting, and exterior finishing, including surface prep, coating systems, and proper application methods. My background in construction helps me identify underlying issues like moisture, rot, or adhesion problems that affect long-term results, not just appearance.
