- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple factors for pricing. It depends on three crucial points; the size of the job, what material will be used, and the customer's preference. I try to work with each customer individually to find a payment plan that is reasonable for both us and the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to personally meet the new customers face to face. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project and the customers' needs. After this we will send a proposal and if the customer chooses to work with us we will schedule a date to get started on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience with the most outstanding professionals in the field.
