I received two in-home estimates and I was very impressed with Marcio's walkthrough. He asked questions that I hadn't thought of and offered solutions and ideas that hadn't come to my mind. It was pretty clear that we wanted to hire him once he left. He did the entire project while we were still living across the country and he handled everything very professionally. He refinished about 1700 sf of red oak floors and removed existing carpet and installed about 1800 sf of new red oak floors and then added a natural matte stain to give everything a uniform look. The transitions are seamless and the quality is excellent. I'm very pleased with everything from start to finish and I would recommend him for your flooring job. He wasn't the cheapest bid I received, but I think the pricing is fair for the job that he performed.

Marcio was very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job on our luxury vinyl herringbone planks. They were professional and efficient (done in about 4 hours for 1 large room, small hall, and closet). Very communicative throughout the process. He was honest about what he can and cannot do given the flooring we chose. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend if you want great quality for a fair price.
