Moises is awesome! Right from the start, he had excellent communication that continued throughout the whole process. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had suggestions for us, and was very helpful in answering all of our questions (and we had a lot)! He put new flooring down in our whole house, and he did a fantastic job. We are so pleased! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather all the information from the customer regarding their project so that we can understand their specific request. We offer all our new customers several options so that they can decide which option would work better for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20+ years of experience in the flooring industry. We have installed, sanded and restored literally hundreds of floors. We have serviced many high end luxury homes like Weiland Homes, Simonini Builders, Arcadia Homes and specialize in restoration of older floors, we bring them back to life.
