- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HEADSHOT/PORTRAIT SESSION PRICING $75 - 30 minute mini-session (5-7 image disc) $125 - 60 minute session (10 - 15 image disc) (These sessions include one location, one change of clothes and no more than 4 people.) Group/Family Sessions: $100 - 30 minute mini-session (5-7 image disc, 5 - 7 people) $150 - 60 minute session (10 - 15 image disc, 5 -7 people) (These sessions include one location, one change of clothes for 5 - 7 people. Sessions with over 7 people adds $25 to the session fee.) Newborn Sessions: $150 - 90 minute session at your home (10 - 15 image disc) Senior Portraits: $125 - 60 minute session includes one location and one change of clothes (10 - 15 image disc) $175 - 60 minute session includes up to 3 locations and up to 3 changes of clothes (15 - 20 image disc) All sessions include one (1) CD with edited photographs including high-resolution images for printing and low-resolution with watermark for use on social media. Discs will be mailed within 1-2 business days of session. Payment can be made via check (payable to Stacey M Martin) or Paypal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a client either in person or over the phone to find out exactly what their expectations are for the shoot. We also discuss how the photos will be delivered (disc or Dropbox) and turnaround time (no more than 1-2 business days post-shoot) Once those are established, we determine a date/time/location for the shoot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with photography taking pictures of my daughter. After working in marketing in my previous life, I took classes at The Light Factory in order to take marketing photos for my job and a passion was born. From site photography, I shifted to street photography and portraiture.
