Rob did a great job pruning several overgrown shrubs for us. He also cleaned up and hauled away the debris. I highly recommend him. He was on time and responded quickly to my emails and chats. The shrubs look the best they have in years!

I highly recommend Rob if you are looking for quality, conscientious work and someone who is focused on making sure you are happy in the end. My yard needed a refreshing before we had a party. It had been several years since the landscaping was installed and there were bushes that needed to be replaced that hadn’t fared well, flowers and ground cover planted, and general cleanup/trimming before the party. Rob gave me a fair estimate, started quickly, and kept working until the job was done - despite me adding another 50% to the scope of work we agreed on. He charged me fairly for the add ons and made sure I was happy with the results. He’s a nice, personable guy that I plan to hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For each project, I complete a review of the work and create a comprehensive quote. Each project is unique and I based my pricing on the type of work you need. I prefer to meet with clients to review their needs and create an estimate based on individual needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to discuss the project and I can visit your property if needed. I like to consult with my clients on the phone ahead of a project to ensure the best quote and timeline for your work. We will reach an agreement on approximate time frame of the project, equipment/materials needed, and total cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at the Inn at Oneonta in Northern Kentucky as a groundkeeper/event associate. I can help you with a variety of lawn care and event set-up needs.
I also completed free-lance projects while living in the Cincinnati area including lawn care services, light maintenance, furniture assembly and delivery, and deck staining/exterior painting.
I research projects for clients, including plant types and the best approaches to maintain your landscaping, so that we can achieve the best possible outcome!
