- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While estimates are set through the platform, my goal is to gather as much information about the project so I can provide the best estimate. I do not have a set minimum price and can create a pricing package that works for your individual needs. I will always try to make my estimates as close to the final price as possible and typically will not increase the price if a project takes longer than quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself and let you know whether I can do the job you are inquiring about. I always make sure that any questions are answered ahead of time if they are brought up during the request process. I will provide a time and price estimate for every job based on the information provided. The most important thing is for there to be an open line of communication from start to finish. I look forward to working with you!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been the type of person to do work around the house on my own, whether that be furniture assembly, cleaning, laundry, small home improvement projects, etc. My goal is to share my experience and love for doing these types of projects with others who may not want to or be comfortable doing it themselves.
