We provide a free estimate, and walk through with the client options based on their preference and overall budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask which way you want to communicate, and from there, set up a free estimate, walk through your proposal, answer as many questions as you like, talk through your timeline and how long it will take us to complete the job, and if you are able to remain in the home, or , like with Spray Foam , if you have to be out of the house for 24 hours so you can prepare accordingly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the clients - we have a series of videos to share if the client wants to watch the process and understand more in depth the different type of insulation and what would work best for them and why. For our team- we are constantly in ongoing training with our corporate headquarters and attending our local distributors training to continue to ensure we are supplying the best customer experience!
