From the beginning I said I needed to ask a question. I didn’t mind paying $100 to get and answer, my question wasn’t worth his time . He complained about what it cost him to respond and I made it very clear also asked what would it cost . I’m not going to pay almost $300 for a question being answered. Again my question as far as he’s concerned wasn’t worth his time. Hey I get it. Wish him lots of luck. Change his attitude, small thing sometimes sometimes lead into big things

I do not offer free consultations. $95 an hour and bill on the quarter hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call first to figure to go over my design process and discuss budget. Design selections, pricing, and a presentation after that. Ordering, tracking, shipping, and delivering. Finally, one or two installation days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science, Interior Architecture & Design. 12+ years experience in the residential and commercial design field. I’m also a member of Interior Design Society Charlotte.
