I contacted James about my deadbolt that wasn't latching. He responded right away and got me on the schedule. He repaired the lock entry points and now I have a door I can safely lock. He was friendly and personable as well!

He was quick, nice, and friendly. Quick to come out and did the job quick. He went above what I asked him to do. I would definitely use him again.

Did a excellent job; explained things and went above the call of duty in assisting me when it wasn’t necessary for him. Working with him again hopefully on other projects.
