Lock Bunny installed a peep hole that we purchased for our front door (didn’t have one before.) She asked for product specifications before arriving. Once on-site she had to get a back up battery pack for her drill from a co- worker. That slowed the installation down but the job was done professionally and accurately. We love the outcome and would strongly recommend her for other locksmith related projects.

Lock Bunny worked very efficiently when handling the issues we had with our locks that needed replacing. She worked until the job was done. Before I decided to call her, a choir member suggested that I get one of the church members to help me. I am sooooo glad I called a professional. Her expert eye and hands had our situation resolved in 2 - 3 hours. I would have selected "responsiveness" and "punctuality," but Thumbtack only let me pick 3!
