I’m so glad I chose Lock Bunny! I am moving out of my house so everything is a little hectic and stressful at the moment, so I was very grateful she made this process so easy. Lock Bunny was very quick to respond and help us with 3 exterior door locks and a new smart deadbolt. One of the locks we tried installing ourselves and did it incorrectly and couldn’t get it out of the door and lock bunny was able to get it out. We had the locks rekeyed somewhere else and it was done incorrectly so they were able to fix it and ultimately helped save us from buying all new locks again. Will definitely use Lock Bunny again in the future.
