Vijay did a great job fixing multiple locks at my house. He showed up on time and was professional. It ended up taking him longer than expected because he had to unexpectedly go get replacement parts and he didn’t charge me for the extra time. Great experience!

AJ was great. Swapped out the locks very quickly, but most importantly was thorough in explaining to me our specialized lock system. Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We intially charge a service call to visit our clients location based on the nature or type of work to be done we make an estimate at the job site before we start any kind of work. We are very fair with our pricing & No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out a service call quote for us to drive to the location in order for us to examine the work and give our new customer a price for the work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have uploaded pictures on my profile for the work we have done at our job site for our clients to see our work.
