Really wanted to provide a 5 star rating, but this serviceman didn't clean up after finishing the job. Sawdust and metal shavings were left where they fell. Additionally, the door proved very difficult to close and that issue had to be resolved by my own efforts to recess the striker plate more than it was during installation.

Thank you for your feedback. This installation turned out to be much more challenging than expected because the door was metal rather than the wooden door that had originally been described. Had I known that beforehand, I would have brought different tools and quoted a different price. Even so, I honored the original price and completed the installation. Before leaving every job, I always give my customers the opportunity to inspect the work and let me know if any adjustments are needed so I can address them on the spot. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible service.
