Charlie Henry was a pleasure to work with. Our brick front porch and steps had crumbling mortar. Charlie responded right away and gave us a very reasonable quote to completely grind out and clean old mortar and repoint everything. We were delayed a bit from weather and prior project but he followed up and did the job within the estimated time. Highly recommend him for masonry work!

If you're looking for a true professional craftsman, look no further than the Henry Group LLC. Mr. Henry complete my front porch rebuild and his attention to detail is amazing. He repaired our concrete walkway, brick front entry doorsteps and brick columns at our garage. Charlie was extremely professional and did excellent work in a timely manner. He also cleaned up the area and all his work looked great. I would highly recommend his company for any brick masonry and concrete work.

The response to my post was timely. He showed up on time. The work quality was excellent. The price was very fair especially considering the end result. He left the area so tidy it was impossible to tell masonry work took place. I would use the company again as well as recommend them for your project. As with all projects, explain the outcome you desire as clearly as you can so that you get the outcome you want.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing; all jobs are different, therefore the cost will vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet the customer at the jobsite so I can see conditions of the site. The customer and I will discuss in detail work being performed. Customers are responsible for having materials picked out prior to my arrival for initial meeting. If not, I will direct customer to the appropriate materials location. Once customer and I have agreed on the project cost and a start date, project will be completed in a timely manner. Payment is expected in full on the day of completion.
