- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing; all jobs are different, therefore the cost will vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet the customer at the jobsite so I can see conditions of the site. The customer and I will discuss in detail work being performed. Customers are responsible for having materials picked out prior to my arrival for initial meeting. If not, I will direct customer to the appropriate materials location. Once customer and I have agreed on the project cost and a start date, project will be completed in a timely manner. Payment is expected in full on the day of completion.
