I am dedicated to the production of aesthetically pleasing and thought provoking visual design. The services I provide include general airbrushing on shirts and other apparel, car and motorcycle custom design, portraits, and mural painting. I take great pride in the work I do and I greatly enjoy projects that give me the opportunity to paint at my best. Art is a profound form of expression that fills me with great joy and happiness. I own a body shop in Charlotte N. C. About 3 years ago Able called me to see if I had a need for any airbrush work, which I did. The artist I had been using had moved away and I was working on a 2010 Z06 Corvette and my client was interested in some graphics on the sides. I asked Able to come over to show me some of his work and to give me a quote. After seeing his portfolio I hired him on the spot! He airbrushed some of the best work Ive ever seen and I have been in business for nearly 30 years. The Corvette ended up winning several 1st. place trophies and so I have used Able on other jobs since then. Together we have won numerous awards and top places in most of the shows we have entered. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything I work on is custom. I do have some standards to price by so that I remain competitive however prices vary from person to person based on there desires
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a conversation. We must get to know each other and communicate what is desired. Second is an agreement of services to be provided and cost of services. Prices are negotiable. I like to receive half up front and half when completed. Third is "do the work". I like to follow a plan and timeline. Lastly, finish the project and reveal to customer. I am big on customer satisfaction. It is a must that you love the work. I will have it no other way and I am willing to work as hard as necessary to please my clients
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Fine Art with a specialization in Graphic Design. I have been an artist all my life. Professionally I have 15 years of experience painting "anything on anything".
