Bianca went above and beyond on every level--she was able to come out the same day, just when we needed her! She was a joy to work with and helped us understand the difficult paperwork of closing a house. She took her time and rechecked our work, making sure we had added the information the closing attorney would need saving us a redo. She was even able to run the packet to FedEx on her way home, saving us an hour plus trip on a busy school night. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s a business of convenience, getting what you need done when you need it, without having to go anywhere. I travel to you wherever you are in NC, which has different expenses than if you were 5 mins away. Business fees vary depending on day, time and location. Not the cheapest out there, but reliable and quick. Also if for some reason expectations aren’t met or something is unclear and needs to be corrected, it will be with no charge, no matter your location!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First finding out what their needs are. Then finding a day and time that works for them. If needed right away, I try and head to them as quickly as possible.
