FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to transparent and fair pricing for all our mobile notary and loan signing services. We can provide an accurate quote tailored to your specific needs, which often vary significantly from one service request to another. Here's what impacts our pricing and what you can expect: North Carolina State Notary Fees: The State of North Carolina sets maximum fees for individual notarizations. We adhere to these regulations. Travel/Convenience Fees: As a mobile notary service available 24/7, a convenience fee is charged to cover travel time, fuel, and the flexibility of coming to your preferred location (home, office, hospital, etc.). This fee is determined by the distance and time of day... Number of Signatures/Documents: While the per-signature fee is regulated by the state, the total number of notarized signatures or documents will contribute to the overall cost. After-Hours/Urgent Requests: While we offer 24-hour service, requests outside of standard business hours or those requiring immediate attention may incur a premium fee due to the urgency and flexibility required. To get a precise quote for your notarization or loan signing needs, please contact us directly! We encourage you to call or email us with the following details: Type of document(s) to be notarized (e.g., power of attorney, deed, affidavit, loan documents). Number of signatures requiring notarization. Desired location for the notarization. Preferred date and time (including if it's an urgent or after-hours request). This information allows us to provide you with a clear, upfront cost before we even begin.
