FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the type of service needed. Standard notary fees apply, and additional travel or convenience fees may be added for mobile services depending on distance and timing. I also offer discounts for active-duty military, veterans, and seniors as a way to give back to the community. Before confirming an appointment, I always provide a clear breakdown of costs so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in strong communication from the start. I take the time to explain the notary process, answer any questions, and make sure customers feel comfortable every step of the way. Whether in person or online, I aim to build rapport by being professional, personable, and reliable. My goal is to make the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free for each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Notary Public in North Carolina with training in general notary work, loan signings, and real estate closings. I am also commissioned as an e-Notary and Remote Online Notary (RON). While North Carolina has authorized RON, the state has not yet approved specific platforms for it to go fully live. Once platforms are approved, I will be able to provide secure virtual notarizations in compliance with state law. In the meantime, I continue to offer in-person and e-notary services. I also stay current on best practices and legal requirements through continuing education and professional associations to ensure my clients always receive accurate, trustworthy service.
