When choosing my personal training services I create an experience not just a workout. I am always told by numerous clients how much they enjoy the fact that I am very hands on and it makes them feel valued. I hold a degree in Sport Science and fitness management along with a ACE personal trainer certification. I have experience working with individuals of all sorts. From body builders to special populations and even athletes. You will receive nutritional advice and programs to complete when you are not training with me. You will also receive follow up text/email and exciting client outings(runs, hikes, boot camps) were you will meet the rest of my team. I love impacting a person's life. Hearing someone tell me that exercise helped them beat an illness or I'm more fit and feel good about myself because of you make my profession so worth it. I've trained with Coach Moore for 4/5 years now and am beyond pleased. I really love her positivity, honesty, versatility, and knowledge. She's been a great resource for my cardio, strength, and nutritional goals. She’s passionate but not pushy and will absolutely challenge me physically and mentally and hold me accountable to the goals I've discussed with her. She regularly updates her training program to keep things interesting, to incorporate new/improved techniques, and to push my physical limits. In addition to one-on-one training, Coach Moore occasionally organizes group sessions and outdoor outings to incorporate nature and interaction amongst her interested clients. She is the ultimate motivator for all facets of fitness and health, and I highly recommend Moore Life Fitness to everyone!

Hired on Thumbtack

I hired Marcia on thumbtack for personal training and she has been great!! She educates and motivates me - after only a couple months I've seen great results. As someone who had never spent a day in the gym, it's now become part of my regular routine and something I look forward to. I order meal prep from Moore Life Fitness and have enjoyed eating all of the meals I’ve tried so far. The portion size keeps you full for quite awhile and everything is cooked and seasoned very well. If you want healthy meals that satisfy without lots of calories and not greasy then I’d definitely recommend ordering from her! Her chocolate oatmeal balls are also very delicious as a healthy sweet snack.

I have worked with Marcia for over two years and can't say enough positive things about the experience. I continue to work with her and use her services several days a week and plan on continuing to do so indefinitely. As a PT, she helps me set goals and work on achieving them. She is motivating and encouraging and always has a positive attitude. She is very thorough and detailed in putting programs together that maximize results and keep my training varied and interesting and always just the right level of challenging. She goes out of her way to teach in the process to ensure I learn how to properly do all the exercises to optimize my results and minimize risk of injury. Marcia gets personally invested in my success and has worked closely with me on all aspects of my personal health and fitness plans. She has helped me lose weight, improve my strength and fitness levels and overall health, strengthen my food and eating habits, and feel so much better about myself. I heartily recommend her for any level of strength, fitness, and personal training.
