Always looking forward with a sharp focus on servicing the customers who put their trust in us with the pets that have become family. Our customers' trust is never taken lightly.

Mark K.

Dog Walking

Mark is great with our greyhound. Takes the time to ensure she is properly exercised and had her potty time. He even cleans up after her. He speaks to her and handles her as if she were his pet. She is much happier when we get home after Mark has visited. Great service and Great owner!

Pet Sitting

Mark took care of my dachshund in our home for a week. He made 3 daily 30 min visits to feed, walk and love on him. Each visit I received a text and pics to see how my little one was doing. It was very reassuring to know Hokie was well cared for while being in the comfort of his own home. Mark was patient and able to accommodate the changes I made to the schedule more than once. This is my first experience using a pet sitter and Im so pleased that I found someone to provide quality service and "peace of mind" while away on vacation! I will definitely be using Mark's services again for summer vacations!

Pet Sitting

Our experience with Mark was great. He was very responsive and sent texts and pics each time he visited, which was very much appreciated. The animals seemed well taken care of upon our return. He went above and beyond, and we would definitely use him again.

Pet Sitting

This was the first time that my husband and I have left our 11 year old cat since we moved to Charlotte; I am so glad Mark was there to take care of her. The consultation was great, and he won over our shy cat right away. I loved receiving the photos of her at every visit. Will absolutely be calling Mark next time we go out of town.

Pet Sitting

Mark is great! He came to meet our dogs before we hired him, and they were all immediately drawn to him and his helper. They did not mind the fact that my dogs have bad manners and jump on our guests, and they spent a lot of time playing with and getting to know them. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they knew everything they needed to know, and when they came for their first visit while we were out of town we got adorable pictures and videos of our pups enjoying their company! Great great people and company!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, continuing education in pet first aid and CPR as well as pet training classes are ongoing and we are followers and supporters of P.A.W (Protecting Animal Welfare) and the Animal Adoption League of Charlotte as well as members of the ASPCA and Humane Society of the United States.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Dog walking and midday potty breaks are probably our most popular services provided. Just having the security of knowing you're not going to have to come home, after a hard day's work to a pet(s) that's been lonely all day and may have had an accident while awaiting your return.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your pet sitter is licensed, bonded and insured. Also ask for and check references. Be certain you can trust the person who is coming into your home and spending time with your pets while you're not there.
