What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we match you with one of our pet sitters, all of whom are personally screened, background checked, insured and bonded.

At the end of every walk or visit you'll receive a message from your sitter to let you know how it went. You can watch your walk or visit live online or check in during your lunch break. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our walkers and sitters are background-checked, insured, bonded, and highly experienced. We personally select them from a vast pool of candidates, requiring them to pass three interviews and an onboarding day before they start working with us.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've worked with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and ages. Whether it's puppies and kittens, senior pets, or those with medical issues, we love them all!
