- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing start at the following rates for different projects Headshots - starts at 200 Solo portrait sessions - starts at 325 (depending on the type of session) Bday parties / events - starts at 450/3hours minimum Weddings - starts at 600/4hours minimum (ask me for my wedding price list)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Each one of my Inquiries will start with a Q&A. This could be a text chat, a phone call, an in person consultation or a questionnaire. The method depends on the session type and what the client needs. 2. A proposal is created and sent to the client. This will have the cost of the shoot, what is included, time date... all the good info. 3. The Client books the shoot Here the client would pay the booking fee and sign any contract's. This is done all digitally through my client booking platform. Any payments that need to be made After the booking fee will be worked out and setup based on the total cost and the client need. The final payment is to be made 5 days prior to the shoot date. 4. Picture Day!!! Here we will meet up at the location. I will touch base with you a day or so before the shoot to nail down any last details... where to meet on the day etc. Once we meet, of course there will be some talking to get things going then the magic will happen and we will have a fun great time shooting pictures all over the location we have chosen. 5. After the shoot. I will then process the pictures, the amount of time to process will depend on the shoot type and the overall client load. I generally get them out in less than 14 days but for larger shoots or during busy times, it may be 21 days. I will let you know the estimated time during the booking process. 6. Photo Delivery Once the photo's are done, they will be delivered to you via an online gallery. This gallery will be private to you and you will be notified by email (I may message you too if we have been in contact via IG, text or some form of chat) In the gallery, You will be able to see all of the edited images with a watermark. You can then choose your favorites to download up to the number that is included in your session. Don't worry, if you see some you want after you have used up your allotted download number, you can purchase more.
