- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the property, which allows us to provide a fair and accurate price for each project. We strive to be competitively priced while still offering a premium service. We offer different pricing packages for different services, such as real estate photography, video production, drone photography, and virtual tours, to ensure that our clients get exactly what they need. Our pricing includes everything, from travel within a 30-mile radius of Charlotte, NC, to editing fees, so there are no surprises or hidden costs. We believe in transparency and upfront pricing, and our goal is to provide affordable, high-quality services to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a real estate photographer, I have developed my skills through hands-on experience. While there are no strict educational requirements for this field, having a strong foundation in photography fundamentals, as well as a good understanding of real estate and architecture, is essential. I have honed my skills through years of experience shooting a variety of properties and developing techniques that capture their unique features and character.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started in this line of work because of our shared passion for photography and design. After years of working full-time jobs, we decided to take a leap of faith and start our own business. We are a young, recently married couple who are committed to pursuing our dreams and providing exceptional services to our clients. Starting our own business was not an easy decision, but we were motivated by our passion for photography and design, as well as our desire for independence and flexibility. We are grateful for all of the clients who have supported our small business and given us the opportunity to showcase our talents and creativity.
