Responded within 15 mins to initial submission and was able to be at the house within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new toilet quickly and for a fair price. While I had him at the house he diagnosed a disposal issue and after I ran to Lowes to grab a new one...installed that too. Prompt and good customer service I will most certainly use again next time I need plumbing issues. Thanks so much!

Raffaello was wonderful! He even met me at Costco to pick up the two Kohler toilets I needed to install. He installed them in no time and ensured the old toilets were wrapped so they didn't leak on my floors as he carried them downstairs. He doesn't haul off the old toilets so make sure you are aware of that. However, he did place them neatly in my garage. I will use him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Update 10/6: customers please note that Rafael is NOT a licensed plumber and therefore is not legally able to install new bathroom plumbing as I originally contracted him (and ultimately paid) to do (see prior review below). He not only installed some things incorrectly and not to code, but since he's not licensed we can't use him or his work - the legitimate licensed plumber now coming in has to remove & replace everything that Rafael installed. He offered to repair his work but since he doesn't have a licensed we still couldn't use his work even if it was perfect. I had no idea of the implications of hiring an unlicensed plumber, but ultimately the responsibility comes down to the plumber and Rafael should have never accepted this job. Will not hire him again. 8/16 review: Responded quickly and started working within 24hrs on rough plumbing hook up for new bathroom. Price seemed fair for scope of work and level of difficulty. Completed job in one day. Was flexible to our needs and seemed knowledgeable and skilled. Will hire him again!
