- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation via Zoom call to assess your company’s marketing and design challenges. During the call, I will make recommendations on the best service(s) to start with and the pricing so that you are fully informed when you decide to work with me. If everything sounds good, I provide a price estimate to you. Once we confirm the estimate, you will receive an invoice. Once it is paid, I set up an account for you and start work on your project.
