- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on forms needed and complexity of the entire return. We DO NOT base fees on amount of refund, if receiving one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a complimentary consultation to gain a full understanding of your specific needs, then work together to put together an action plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in a minimum of 24 continuing education hours per year. In addition, I teach several tax and non-profit financial management courses.
