We needed to have a poorly waterproofed tile shower completely demolished and redone. We talked to more than one contractor but Frank came ready with a competitive quote. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. It looks great and we are confident that the job was done correctly - this is the first tile shower we've had that actually drains properly. Frank was very patient with the questions I had and was immediately responsive when I requested clarificaion on materials and/or methods. His workers were very respectful of our property, made sure to take measures to protect carpet, etc. were very polite and left everything neat and tidy every day. The quality of work was very good. We will keep De Leon remodel in mind for future projects.
