When I met E.P. at GDI Productions, I thought he was so nice. I brought my daughter to be in the shoot and she liked him and his family was there too. He shot way too long - a 1 to 2 hour shoot actually took 7 hours. (Not a typo.) He told me that he'd get me a rough edit within a week and that I would be "part of the process". He told me that he would edit it down to something usable and I could let him know if he's on the right track before he continues the editing. He said I'd get 2 post production edits (which is in our contract). Unfortunately, I never got anything. I waited 3 weeks (giving him and extra 2 weeks) before I emailed to ask him the status of the video. He never responded. Another week went by and I text him just saying it's been about a month and I haven't heard from him and what's going on with the video? He text me back these crazy long, novel like texts saying "we" have problems communicating. What? Still didn't answer my question. Then he went on a tyraid of text messages that were so jumbled and nonsensical I was wondering if he was mentally impaired. It was awful. He was basically blaming me and even called me pushy! I was pushy because I waited 4 weeks to text him?? I was shocked as he was a completely different person through text messaging than he was the night of shooting. He kept insisting he emailed me some link to his google drive but he didn't. When he finally text me the link, there was no video in there to see! He had music in there and wanted me to pick out music to a video that I hadn't ever seen. I asked him to please send the video. He then called me and was actually screaming at me to where I asked him to lower his voice and stop yelling. He kept calling me "lady", as in "listen lady"... Then he said I was "dumb and asinine". I couldn't believe it was the same person. No sane person would act or talk that way. I believe he shot too much footage which made it harder to edit and he got busy with other projects while neglecting mine. If he just would have been honest and say he needed more time, I would have understood, but instead he went on a rampage, yelling. I recorded him as soon as he started yelling. My big crime was asking how my video was coming along. Our contract said 30 days for a FINISHED product. Today is 30 days and I never saw a single clip. Talk about a bait and switch. He asked me in advance for a 5 star review on this site which I did. It probably got him more work and he didn't care at all to finish my job. I'm out a 50% deposit, the drive there and back, a hotel room since we didn't finish til after midnight, and 4 weeks of time that I could have had a real videographer produce a video. Such a shame when you trust someone and they are just putting on an act the whole time. When something seems to good to be true, it usually is. Hire him at your own risk.

I am sorry that you feel this way. However your claims are unfounded. As of November 26,2019 our contract was valid for an additional days. I continued to reach out throughout all of the communication barriers. Your demands and abusive behavior became intolerable, as you persisted to demean my character, integrity and prowess. After throughly checking with other contractors you hired, the outcome remarks have been the same, that you are proven to be difficult to work with. Your claims of a broken contract is simply not true, thus any further attempt to damage my reputation will require legal ramifications. At the time that you wrote your disparaging review there was still 7 days remaining on our contract. You chose to ignore all of my request to do whatever it would take to make you happy and fulfill the contract. Instead you chose to purposely try to harm my name and business with unfounded and untrue accusations. I have never been accused of the things you listed above. In fact I have a long history of GREAT reviews for many years. I love what I do and love bringing a smile to all of my clients faces. I am sorry that this was not achievable with you. Prior to signing contract I made every change you requested, and even listened as you disparaged the name of colleagues. You made it very clear that you would attempt to damage my business with insulting reviews, and you succeeded in posting untrue and unfounded claims above. However I will continue to serve others to the best of my abilities. I wish you continued success with your brand and business. GDI Production Company
