First, Customer calls or messages or I will reach out to the customer, whichever customer prefers. Second, meet and greet. Finally, careful review of work to be done coupled with price of that work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years plumbing experience, 4 years aircraft experience, I am very comfortable in this field.
