- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is custom to each project we do. We optimize our billing to reflect the best price we can give you and we work on a guarantee which means your project will never exceed the billing costs quoted on the original Statement of Work we agree to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We undertake projects of all sizes and value each client uniquely. We do not outsource any of our work. We do all of our development, locally, and collaboratively with each client. Our communication style is friendly, direct, and effective. We listen and provide direct feedback. We always ask, never assume. We will engage with you to learn as much about your business as we can to help you effectively communicate to your global business clients and prospects. Our work methods are very simple, yet proven time and time again to be highly effective. If in doubt, we ask. If we know, we share. We work hard, smart, and efficiently on your behalf to help you reach your business objectives. Our process has the following stages: 1. Requirements Analysis 2. Design/Solution 3. Build 4. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Managing Principal, Jason is a senior cross-disciplined Business Director, Project Manager, and User Experience (UX) Architect & Designer, with 19 years in digital channel business and product development and online interaction. He is experienced in both leadership and production of all phases of front end architecture, design, and development, employing a strategic approach, finely tuned by experience. Jason is experienced working collaboratively with creative, quantitative, business, and application development professionals in structured (Lean UX / Agile / Waterfall / Six Sigma) or unstructured (start-up) project environments. He is also skilled at competitive strategy, developing business models, and translating strategic business objectives into User Accepted web environments. Jason has both management and production experience with full P&L accountability for project streams up to $23M and with user bases exceeding 5M active participants, and managing up to 50 resources.
