- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
None. It is a flat fee based on what is needed. The more assistance is needed the more costly the ent will be. Size of guest plays a factor as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know their story to help me get an idea of what they want from me as their planner
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm taking a catering and event course for 8 weeks.
