- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I customize my pricing based on each clients needs and expectations. Since my business is new in this area, you can be assured that you won't be overpaying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet the customer and discuss their vision of their event. I take meticulous notes and get any photos or examples they bring. Then I do research and get back to my customer with my findings so they can choose what they prefer for their event. This includes: venue, caterers, decorations, florists, etc. I also partial coordination where the customer shares their expectations and vendor information with me and I ensure the event goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's degree in interpersonal and organizational communication. I have several years experience planning and coordinating corporate events in the financial services industry and I have planned and coordinated weddings, including a few destination weddings to Islamorada, FL and Riviera Maya, Mexico shown in my gallery.
