- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Were typically cheaper than most of the bigger companies in the area. Well also match or beat any documented pricing you have from other companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and easy. We would take down customers information as normal and send a technician out immediately. We charge a service fee that is waived with completion of any repairs. When we come out to your home, rest assure that we wont be pushy salesman or try to sell you something you don't need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have over a decade of experience in the hvac industry. Our technicians are trained constantly in house as well as through outside sources. Every technician has been certified in one way or another to be able to safely work on any equipment.
