I hired this company for a move-in clean. The 2 cleaners showed up an hour late. One of them was eating cheetohs right in front of me upon entering the house. After 3 hours of 2 man work, one bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned, my Shark vacuum picked up the stuff their vacuum did not, and I'm still finding things that weren't cleaned properly (toothpaste still stuck on the bathroom vanity cabinet). My billing was adjusted to compensate for the time used, however the company has invoiced me twice for the same job and two different amounts. Upon calling them, the company doesn't answer immediately and always I have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back. They also invoiced my name incorrectly.

Great experience, staff was great, they cleaned my house better than I expected. I had other cleaners before but this crew was by far better than anyone else I hired. I will be calling them again soon for another clean.
