Juan tries to talk a decent game but, is a huge con-job. He had me manage and work several jobs, in which he was not present and did not supervise, having never met me before, with no references. And then of course never paid me for the work. Classic scum move right? Well on top of that he has the gall to soap box about what a good guy he is and how family values are so important. Sociopathic much? Wow. Check out his yelp review to see how he treats customers. He'll loose his license soon enough, until then avoid him, unless you want a contractor you can feel justified in not paying. If so he's your guy.
