Solution Quest can provide a variety of services for our clients. However, the real key is providing solutions to our clients' problems, whether that means planning strategically, profitability enhancement, developing programs and systems, making a site visit, doing research, reviewing data, or producing document. You only use Solution Quest as long as you need us. There is no increase in head count, no benefits, and no long-term commitments. Management solutions: In addition to providing resource-type solutions, we also provide assistance in development and implementation of systems and processes for various management issues, including strategic planning, profitability enhancement, training, and performance improvement. Resource solutions: In today's business place, filled or not filled, with down-sized, right-sized or just undersized staffs, many executives and managers are required to do more with fewer resources. Most of the times, the solution to accomplishing a project in a timely fashion is the addition of a competent individual for a limited time. Solution Quest meets this need. Marketing/Sales solutions: Often our clients need assistance in developing market studies, advertising campaigns, developing materials, sales recruitment, training, and developing incentive program.
