Lisa is an excellent trainer. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She is always update on the latest techniques. She varies workout sessions so that your body does not get used to doing the same thing. I have trained with her for years and would highly recommend her.

    Ask questions to make sure the trainer is the right fit for your goals. Ask for referrels of past clients. See if the have a money back policy if you don't like there style of training.
