My business partner and I renovated a beautiful old house in Elkin NC and made it into a very serene Wellness Center.
Shawn Nobis and his guys did about 80 percent of the work. They began with gutting the building down to the studs.
We had them to move some walls around and change some doorways.
One of the rooms had to have the entire floor taken up and new floor joists installed.
They insulated, placed and finished the sheet rock. They made us 3 beautiful archways which added to the serenity and flow of the place.
They intalled all of the new flooring in the place and did beautiful finish work including installing and trimming solid wood interior doors.
Shawn installed 2 bathrooms on the building. One included a beautiful tiled shower that Shawn tiled himself.
There were also 2 custom shelving units that he made, one with glass doors, the other is actually a door to the furnace room that one would never guess was a door.
I could not be happier with the work that he did for us and the special ambiance that he added to our project.

Got a Bamboo floor in my living room and halway absolutely beautiful done by Shawn Noblis. I recommend him highly I compared this to lowes and other companies a lot of money saved and a job well done

Shawn has done our laminate floor and carpet in several of our rooms. He does an outstanding job and he saved us thousands! Will never call lowes again!
