I called JT about a clunking sound my furnace made when it first comes on. He quoted me a more than fair price over the phone, spent an hour replacing a part and charged me exactly what he quoted. Being single, I've been taken advanced of by all kinds of repairmen, but not JT. A job well done and very reasonable! I will be calling him again!

My air conditioning units were not cooling the house. Aurora tech came at the time as scheduled. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and affordable. He serviced our system and kept us informed every step of the way. I will continue to use Aurora and highly recommend them.

Aurora was wonderful to work with; JT is knowledgeable, timely, a reasonable price, and incredibly polite and professional. He came to service our HVAC, as well as inspect a leak in the attic. On top of that, he changed out the air filters and offered advice on a roofing issue. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and quick mechanic.

JT was fantastic! Came out the same day we inquired about service and spent a couple hours trouble shooting the issues we were having with our attic HVAC unit. Due to the age of the unit JT had to return the following morning with the parts needed and he was able to complete our repairs as promised and as quoted. I was very impressed with his professionalism and he was very informative along the way as he diagnosed the problems. His quoted price was the price we paid even though the repair took a little longer than he had first thought. I would highly recommend JT and Aurora Mechanical, so much so I asked him to quote me the cost for replacing our other unit outside. Thank you, Adam Pasiak
