I called JT about a clunking sound my furnace made when it first comes on. He quoted me a more than fair price over the phone, spent an hour replacing a part and charged me exactly what he quoted. Being single, I've been taken advanced of by all kinds of repairmen, but not JT. A job well done and very reasonable! I will be calling him again!
