Absolutely a great experience! I contacted T. Byrds Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did. A technician, Stephano and his manager came out to assess why my AC stopped working. They were both professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They had great insight into the situation unlike the first technician from another company that had come out first. Plus the other company technician said that I some needed things that I didn’t and tried to pressure me with his sales tactics.

Stephano was super nice and explained that I didn’t need those things and the issue was something else which saved me money which I really appreciated. He had my system fixed the same day and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and will happily use them for any future work and maintenance.

Joey is the guy to go to if you don't want to pay over a grand for a simple fix on your HVAC. Joey gave me what I felt was a reasonable price for the work. He diagnosed the issue and then came back 2 days later to fix it. I had a clogged inducer motor and vent pipe which required disassembly. Joey is great to work with and very communicative. I recommend.
