FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on larger projects and our smallest job is generally 500 sq ft and under stating at $3,500 for new installation. We don't do side jobs, cash jobs, cheap work, finance, or offer discounts. If a project is too small then we may not be the best fit. There are variables that determine the cost such as distance traveled, accessibility, the scope of work, urgency, and so on. However, we do negotiate in an attempt to offer an affordable solution to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer begins with the initial contact. For email we attempt, much the same as a phone call, to understand the scope of the work and the needs of the potential client. We attempt to consult and answer questions before offering a projection for possible job cost. If we are on the same page or if there isn't enough information for a projection, then we set a time for a site visit based on the availability of the client. We strive to make the entire process as convenient as construction can be. After a site visit a work order is produced which explains the scope of the job and its cost. Once the work order is approved we can begin to look at scheduling the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've 10+ year experience owning and operating a concrete company in North Carolina. Combined with my partners commercial experience we total over 20+ years of experience in concrete installation.
