Jeremy came out on a Sunday. He was on time, professional, thoroughly explained the situation with my HVAC and got it back up and running and blowing cold air. Even though he was on-call for tonight, he took the needed time to get my family and I squared away. Definitely happy with the service he provided!

The technician failed to evaluate both air intake units in my attic. They charged me $67 to complete a diagnostic but failed to evaluate the unit that was not working. I am 100% certain of this because the photo of the boxes had not been moved to access the unit. After YouTubing and getting some Ai questions answered I went to evaluate the units myself. Lo and behold there was water pooling at the bottom of the 2nd unit. The simple remedy was to remove the water and wah la the unit turned on! So disappointing.
